Coconut oil!
The first
ingredient I add to the mask is coconut oil. Coconut oil is known to help deal
with split ends and add moisture. However I add inn coconut oil in this mask
for another reason. Coconut oil penetrates your cortex (which is the inner part
of your hair) by doing this it strengthens the hair. Add one table spoon into a bowl (or as much as
you need depending on you hair length, you can also melt the oil if its needed)
Honey:
Honey is great when
it comes to moisture, it softens and smoothens your hair, which is something my
hair really needs after all the stuff it’s been trough. Add just as much honey
as coconut oil.
Olive oil.
I add olive oil to
the mixture because it gives your hair a more shiny appearance, which is
something we want right? Healthy hair is shiny hair. I also add the olive oil because
it will also add a bit more moisture to the hair.
I also really like
to add my conditioner to my hair and leave it for an hour and rinse it off before I apply the mask, for some extra
softness.
Never heard of these tips before! Think I might have to give it a try.

DeleteI would never have thought of these ingredients, so thanks for sharing them! I have been using argan oil to help reduce hair dryness and the effects are great, but this is certainly more purse-friendly :)
